If you’ve encountered a bug or ca find an answer in the help section, please contact the game’s support team via the “Support” button in the Battlesmiths menu.

To help us resolve it faster, please include as much information as possible from the list below:

  • Player ID — not your nickname, but the numeric account ID. You can find it at the bottom of the “Settings” screen, after the game version number.
    • A description of the issue in this format: “I did X → I expected Y → I got Z.”
    • Please specify exactly where the issue occurred (mode/screen/event).
  • If an error message appeared, please send a screenshot of it or type it out exactly.
  • Let us know whether the issue repeats. How often? What steps are needed to reproduce it?

Screenshots or videos help a lot — if possible, attach them in the support chat. If, for some reason, you can’t send a screenshot/video directly in the support chat, you can email the materials to [email protected]In your email, be sure to include your Player ID, device model (and OS), and a brief description of the issue.
