The Town has 10 buildings at the moment:

• The Town Hall controls your town. It allows you to assign workers to buildings to speed up production of artifacts and resources. The higher the level of your Town Hall, the more production orders you can give to your Masters at once. Moreover, upgrading this building also increases the size of your inventory so that you can create and store more items.
  
  
• The Workshop produces gear for your Heroes: helmets, caps, clothes, and armor for all five combat classes. Note that items this building can make are grouped for your convenience: you can switch between tabs to find the recipe you need quicker.
  
  
• The Forge can produce shields, all kinds of weapons, and bombs. Same as the Workshop, item recipes are grouped into classes here.
  
  
• The Mine produces one of the main crafting ingredients: metal ingots. It also mines gold automatically. Note that workers assigned to this building only affect ingot crafting speed, not mining speed. The mining speed is only affected by the level of the Mine.
  
  
• The Farm can make another major crafting ingredient: leathers. It also automatically produces food required for battles. Without food, your warriors won’t have the energy to fight! Note that workers assigned to this building only affect leather crafting speed, not food production speed. The latter is only affected by the level of the Farm.
  
  
• The Sawmill can make one of the major crafting ingredients: wood. Moreover, the Master of the Sawmill can create a special type of resource: Essence. It’s used in making Runes in the Laboratory (Essence ingredients can be earned in grind missions of Campaign chapters 2 and 4.) Essence have their own tab in this building.
  
  
• The Lyceum will help you research new technologies, unlock some new recipes, and improve your warriors’ attributes. All of this requires a bit of gold investment for the research. Some of the technologies also require spending some blueprints: you can obtain them by maxing out your craft recipes. You can quickly access the technologies menu via the book icon on the left side of the Town screen.
  
  
• The Barracks let you control your squad: upgrade the level and rarity of your Heroes, gear them up, and create spells and bombs used in battles. Here you can also insert previously created runes into corresponding weapon types, including those already equipped.
  
  • The level of this building determines how many heroes you can send into battle at the same time.
    
    
• The Market will help you sell produced artifacts at profitable prices. The higher the level of this building, the more often your town Masters will offer you considerable sums for items from your inventory and the more trading energy will be at your disposal to raise prices for higher-level artifacts.
  
  
• Once you research Alchemy with level 4 Lyceum, you will be able to build a Laboratory. Its Master will help you create spells and magic runes that have a major effect on your warriors' combat efficiency—and also make their fights more epic.
  • Only spells recipes are available after the building is complete. Runes need additional research at the Lyceum.
